Dr Abdullah Afghan is the Founder and Clinical Director of Anaya Aesthetic & Medical Clinic. He is an experienced General Practitioner with an extensive background in Emergency Medicine, General Practice and surgical procedures. His broad clinical experience enables him to manage a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions while providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
Dr Afghan is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and a Member of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (MRCEM). He also holds a Diploma in Paediatrics and has undertaken advanced training in aesthetic medicine, allowing him to combine medical expertise with evidence-based cosmetic treatments.
He has a particular professional interest in minor surgery, including skin lesion removal, cyst excision, ingrown toenail surgery, circumcision and other office-based surgical procedures performed under local anaesthetic. His emergency medicine background has provided extensive experience in the assessment and management of trauma, surgical emergencies and urgent medical conditions, helping patients receive prompt, safe and effective treatment.
Alongside his surgical practice, Dr Afghan provides advanced aesthetic treatments including anti-wrinkle injections, skin rejuvenation and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures. His extensive experience across different healthcare systems has provided him with broad knowledge in diagnosing and managing complex adult medical conditions, chronic disease management and preventive healthcare. He has particular expertise in hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory conditions, gastrointestinal disorders and the comprehensive management of patients with multiple medical conditions.

Dr Saba Nafees is an experienced General Practitioner with postgraduate specialist training and Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS). She has developed extensive expertise in diagnostic imaging with a particular interest in radiology and ultrasonography.
She has significant experience in obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound, providing detailed assessments throughout pregnancy and supporting the diagnosis and monitoring of a wide range of women's health conditions. Her knowledge of diagnostic imaging complements her clinical practice, allowing for comprehensive patient assessment and efficient management.

Emma Murphy is a highly experienced Registered General Nurse who plays an integral role within our multidisciplinary clinical team. She has extensive nursing experience across a variety of healthcare settings and is committed to delivering safe, compassionate and professional patient care.
Emma has undertaken additional training in cervical screening and provides cervical smear services in accordance with national screening guidelines. She also supports chronic disease management, health promotion, wound care, vaccinations, minor procedures and patient education.
Her friendly and reassuring approach helps patients feel relaxed and supported throughout their visit, and she is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
